SUPARCO being an R&D organisation, with a core focus on Satellite Development and Space Applications welcomes applications from candidates having MS/ M.Sc/ M.Phil/ PhD qualification from recognised local/foreign universities in the related fields/disciplines, some of which are:
Aerospace & Avionics Engineering
Controls & Navigation
Radio Spectrum
RF Communication

Induction System
SUPARCO has a fully computerised and systematic induction system. The process includes:
Scrutiny of applications by a panel of experts
In case of Online Induction, scrutiny is done automatically through the software
Written test of candidates
Result of the tests is announced the same day and short listed candidates are called for interview
The Interviews are held the very next day by a panel of experts (subject to their availability)

Merit list of the candidates is prepared through a software which considers the weightage marks on the following criteria:
Academics (marks obtained in Higher Secondary School upto the last degree)
Written test marks
Interview marks

Depending on the requirement, candidates from the top of the Merit List are finally selected and Offer letters are issued to them by the Establishment Division.
The procedure mentioned above is also followed for selection of Internees.
Written test for Selection of fresh engineers and internees is carried out at the end of the final year/semester exam for fresh graduates and third year/equivalent semester for internees.
